About Royal Albert Hall
The Royal Albert Hall is one of the world’s most iconic performance venues, with a mission to bring life-enriching, unforgettable experiences to everyone.
Each year, the Hall hosts over 390 events in the main auditorium and more than 860 beyond the main stage, reaching over 1.6 million people, including 195,000 participants through its Education & Outreach programmes.
As part of its outreach work, the Hall produced an inclusive concert designed for children and adults with autism, sensory and communication impairments, learning disabilities, and those who are Deaf, blind, or partially sighted.
“If ever we run a similar event, we would definitely use Victoria, and we would recommend her to anyone who requires support for performances and shows. The support we got from Victoria was more than providing BSL interpretation for the event, and everyone who came thoroughly enjoyed themselves.”
— Flo Schroeder, Education & Outreach Manager, Royal Albert Hall
“Before we embarked on the project, a colleague of mine was contacted by Victoria regarding the communication support they can provide, so when we were looking for someone to help us with the BSL interpretation support for the event, everything fell into place.”
— Flo Schroeder
“Under Victoria’s expert guidance, we worked through each of the different phases of the customer journey, and she definitely exceeded our expectations of the support we had commissioned for the prom.”
— Flo Schroeder
“Victoria was extremely helpful in working with us, and she gave us ideas on things to consider in terms of the whole customer journey — from marketing the event to the Deaf community to ensuring the front of house was Deaf friendly.”
