Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules governing access to and use of IncludeDeaf Ltd’s services, including training sessions, consultancy services, online platforms, digital products, recordings, and associated resources (“Services”).
Capitalised terms used in this Policy have the meaning given in the IncludeDeaf Ltd Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined herein.
This Policy forms part of the agreement between IncludeDeaf Ltd and the Customer and operates alongside IncludeDeaf Ltd’s Terms and Conditions.
All Customers and authorised Participants must comply with this Policy.
1. Authorised Access Only (No Login Sharing)
Access to the Platform and Products is granted:
- On a named-user basis
- For the duration set out in the Contract
- For internal business use only
Users must not:
- Share login credentials
- Allow any third party to access their account
- Impersonate another user or misrepresent their identity when accessing the Platform
- Circumvent user limits
- Create shared or generic accounts unless expressly authorised in writing
Each login is personal and non-transferable.
2. No Scraping or Automated Extraction
Users must not:
- Use bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or automated systems to access or extract content
- Download content in bulk
- Systematically harvest data, materials, videos, assessments, or resources
- Attempt to replicate or mirror Platform content externally
Any automated extraction or scraping is strictly prohibited.
3. No Reverse Engineering or Technical Interference
Users must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
- Attempt to identify underlying architecture or platform structure
- Bypass or interfere with security features
- Probe, scan, or test platform vulnerability
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful technology
Platform integrity must not be compromised.
4. No Resale, Redistribution or Commercial Exploitation
Users must not:
- Resell IncludeDeaf Ltd’s Services or Products
- Sublicense content to third parties
- Repackage, white-label, or redistribute training materials
- Use content to create competing training products
- Deliver IncludeDeaf Ltd materials externally without written licence
All intellectual property remains the sole property of IncludeDeaf Ltd.
5. No Misuse or Unlawful Use
Users must not:
- Use the Services in a way that is unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, or harmful
- Engage in harassment or inappropriate behaviour during live sessions
- Upload or share unauthorised personal or sensitive data
- Use the Platform in any way that disrupts performance for other users
- Use content beyond the scope defined in the Contract
Services must be used in good faith, for authorised business purposes, and in accordance with their intended purpose, the Contract, and applicable laws.
6. Monitoring and Compliance
IncludeDeaf Ltd may monitor:
- Login activity
- Usage patterns
- Download behaviour
- Platform engagement data
Monitoring is conducted in a proportionate and controlled manner to ensure:
- Compliance with this Policy
- Protection of intellectual property
- Platform stability
- Fair usage across Customers
Monitoring will comply with UK data protection law.
Monitoring is limited to purposes of security, compliance, service integrity, and fair usage, and is not used for intrusive surveillance.
7. Reporting Concerns
Users are encouraged to report any suspected:
- Security vulnerabilities
- Misuse of the Platform
- Unauthorised access
- Behaviour that breaches this Policy
Concerns should be reported to IncludeDeaf Ltd via the designated contact or account manager.
IncludeDeaf Ltd will handle all reports appropriately and without adverse consequences for individuals raising concerns in good faith.
8. Consequences of Breach
If this Policy is breached, IncludeDeaf Ltd may, at its sole discretion:
- Issue a warning
- Temporarily suspend access
- Suspend or terminate access to the Services and/or terminate the Contract in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- Charge for unauthorised users or excess usage
- Pursue legal remedies for intellectual property infringement or contractual breach
- Capitalised terms used in this Policy have the meaning given in the IncludeDeaf Ltd Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined herein.
Breaches of this Policy may constitute a material breach of the Contract.
9. Accessibility and Conduct
IncludeDeaf Ltd is committed to inclusive and respectful learning environments.
Participants must behave professionally and respectfully in all live and digital interactions.
10. Data Protection
Users must not upload, share or process personal data through the Platform unless authorised under the Contract and in compliance with applicable data protection law. The Customer remains responsible for ensuring lawful processing of any personal data provided to IncludeDeaf Ltd.

11. Agreement
By accessing or using IncludeDeaf Ltd’s Services, you confirm that you:
- Have read this Acceptable Use Policy
- Understand it
- Agree to comply with it
Non-compliance may result in restricted access or termination of Services.
